If you are having Suicidal or Homicidal thoughts, you need to get help immediately. You are not alone.

If you are a client of mine, and we have worked together on a safety plan, take those steps now.

If you are still feeling unsafe or are not a client of mine, but are experiencing a crisis, here are additional options:

  • Call one of the following Suicide Hotlines and tell them what is going on:

    • Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255) or (1-800-784-2433)

    • Military and Veterans Crisis Line (1-800-273-8255 Press 1)

    • Trans Lifeline (1-877-565-2260)

  • Call 911 immediately and tell the operator that you are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts.

  • Go to your local crisis center, usually the Emergency Room of your local hospital, and tell them you are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
